In that case if Streeting is going to 'force' anything it should be to have all GP surgeries offer System Online to their patients given that most of us now have a computer of some sort with bigger screens and proper keyboards so that we can read and send messages more easily.

I can use the NHS app or the systemonline. Whilst I dislike the whole setup, they both work and kind of give me what I need.

The system is somewhat hit and miss though. Demands via text for BP readings I can't give because I left my machine at the Van and won't see it for 7 weeks. I had to log into systemonline, tell them I didn't want to give my results (ever), then write in the comments (only way to do this reliably), that I didn't have the machine.

Bit of a shambles really.
