I have - finally - after many, many many failed attempts, registered us both with the SEF, for renewal of our residençia's and to get the new biometric cards.

Ooooh! Edward is getting his first jab next week! Apparently I have to wait about two weeks as I am younger - a whole 48 weeks

All we need do now is wait

Our residençia runs out next month, but we're allowed until the end of the year, as SEF has been re-organaised.

On the new card will be all the info we have to carry around, driving licence number, residençia number, patient number, nif number and anything else they want to chuck on there

And the interview etc will be locally, rather than having to go to Beja or Evora
