Did a dry cooked chicken in there yesterday upon recommendation here, it was the nicest roast chicken I've ever had. But maybe next time I won't rub as much chilli over the skin. Chilli gravy anyone?

Never ever heard of bolar It's so funny what different cuts are called in different countries, you should have seen me my first Christmas in London trying to buy a piece of ham I think I should have been looking for gammon, but am still not sure I was in butcher shops saying "you see that cooked ham you are selling, well I want a bit of that uncooked"
