US Tariffs.

The Donald has imposed them on the world - China, the EU, the TPPA - even an island inhabited only by penguins!

So... why don't the RoW and these trading blocks get to together and collectively impose 200% tariffs on all US goods and services?

Trump is a bully and he needs to be bullied back.

Couldn't agree more. And I'm not very impressed with Starmer's "let's be fwends to everyone" approach either. Get a spine, man! :P

I'm still trying to find some American products I can personally boycott. I don't weat Nike or Gap, and I don't drink bourbon, cranberry or orange juice. I'm certainly not in the market for a SwastiKar. Haven't frequented a KFC since 2016 8-) No intention of visiting a Disneyland anywhere. Or Las Vegas for that matter. I guess maybe it'll just have to be a boycott of Amazon, then .....

I've been through the first few pages of that 417 page document the Government have published listing potential imports from the US which we could target for reciprocal tariffs, but apart from "Live Ostriches" I can't find anything that affects me.

So when it comes to boycotting rogue states, I'll just have to stick with my existing ban on Israeli avocados ATM. I'm currently only buying Spanish or Columbian-grown ones :D

I try to buy English food. Tea and coffee are two exceptions. Don'tknow of any tea growingplantations in the UK.

Have recently bought a fridge and a freezer. Don't know where they were made.

Itis veryhard to find a product which is totally British made.

I honestly cannot think of anything I buy that is US based. I do not do burger places nor chicken nor coffee shops (except local) and I give certain 'fruit' based computers and phones a very wide berth.

Thankfully China is standing up to the bully, I just wish more places would join in. It is not as if the US is the world's only market.
