As to why/ how VV ha disappeared from my Samsung mobile
How to get it back?

Vic, open a browser on your phone - Chrome, Opera - then go to http://www.vocalvoices.gripsky.co.uk That page has a login just enter your username and password then save the result as a tab.

Alternatively you might have accidentally disabled Tapatalk. Go to Settings>>>Apps find Tapatalk and re-enable it or reinstall it.
