You did the right thing by leaving Ally, because that man would surely have made your life a misery.
I've seen this myself in my working life.
A man in a senior position trying to coerce a woman in a more junior position into bed.
Everybody knows what's going on, but proving it is difficult.
Why don't women say anything
Well one reason is, who will believe them?
The colleagues of the man in a senior position?
Doubtful.
Especially as some of them might be at it too.
It's coercion; an exercise of power over someone lower down the pecking order.

Ally, whilst you did the right thing it is so damned annoying that you had to.

Thoughts and a hug (platonic), for you over that one.

If people were as they were supposed to be then it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately they are not and we all have to live with it.

Hopefully you can look forwards and not backwards and that reliving that didn't hurt too much.
