You just click on 'forgot your password' underneath where you enter it on fb, on the login screen

Tried that even screwed up the instructions.
An Angel of Mercy has contacted me. I shall get Gus to follow his instructions tomorrow. I dare not attempt to follow them

I know this is of no use to you know but I have a little cheap address book that I keep all my user names and passwords in.

I keep it in a drawer, nowhere near the computer, but I put everything in that

That is what I do . They are all in a sort of shorthand so nobody except family would know what was meant if I lost it.

Time to get them tattoo'd down your arms then Kate.
