Morning Cruiser, morning everyone

Mizzley sky this morning, was okay at 6.00, when I went out :D

A productive morning in the garden, cleared the four main flower beds as best I could, anyway. Three barrow loads  The pulled up the spring flowers that really multiply. Picked out loads of bulbs, so they be given away, put elsewhere.

Grumpy still alseep, he-s back on the anti/inflammitories so knocking him out again

I might try and do a bit more outside, but it looks not so nice out there now.

Hey ho, I have ironing to do anyway

Have a good day everyone, whatever you-re doing xx

Morning all :D

Sunny 8-)

We're off to the cinema this afternoon to see Ballerina, it's part of the John Wick franchise so expecting lots of action. The reviews say it's very full on so poor Ed will probably come home with a sore arm

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all, the sun has made an appearance but who knows how long it will last. I have a dental checkup at 11.40, then we are heading off to an Apple repair place. Edward’s phone has been giving trouble for quite some time, going back to the update before last. He has tried everything, did a restore twice, our local guy who is great tried, went to our service provider. It loses connection especially, but not only, when using Google maps, very frustrating. Last week in Florence he was just short of throwing it on the ground and stamping on it. Hopefully they can sort it out.

Morning chaps.
A busy day ahead. MrsC has gone for the paper, I'm waiting in for Mr Bunting to come and fit us a new element in the oven. We need to get a new curtain pole as someone  broke the last one and there's something I've forgotten.
Osc, that's what concerns me about having everything on your phone - what if it goes wrong?
Have a nice day everyone.

Interesting conversation with MrB the oven man.
He is very very busy atm.
He is getting lots of work from houses on new build estates. The reason being that the ovens, dishwashers and washing machines that these homes are being fitted with are of very poor quality.
He is getting work from one new build estate in Pontefract where they haven't even finished building the estate yet and the white goods are falling!

That really is appalling Crommers

Weird day, weatherwise. The sun came out after all the mizzle and now it has clouded over again. Thunderstorms are forecast for further up north, but not here.

The good news is that Artur is here, helping Grumpy sort the pool out :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

On a national holiday too :Hi:

Afternoon everyone :)

It's a changeable day here, cloudy and sunshine. Nice and warm though, at 22° ;)

We were up early to take D to the opticians at 9.45 - just to collect new specs - then we took her to.Portivo's with us for some breakfast. Back to hers after that, and we've not long got home. Just got my washing out to dry 8-)

Crommers, that is appalling, but sadly I'm not surprised. My cousin bought a brand new P**simmon home a few years back - horribly expensive, as it's in the SE, but the "snagging" list was horrendous! Windows in wonky, floors not properly level, faulty oven, and his en-suite loo was wrongly positioned under the restricted height ceiling, so he couldn't stand in front of it to pee!  Rich is well over 6ft tall. Getting it all sorted took many months :?

Love to all :) xx

That’s why I print off boarding passes etc. as well as having them on the phone. My phone had a bit of a conniption a while back and needed to be rebooted before we could go through airport security so since then I have belt and braces!
